SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT

College Transitions charges for the use of the consultation services provided through this Site. You agree to pay the agreed upon amounts when due pursuant to the terms and conditions. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us.

All purchases are final, and no refund will be given for unused portions of consultation. When you provide credit card information to College Transitions, you represent to College Transitions that you are the authorized user of that credit or debit card. You agree to promptly notify College Transitions of any changes to your credit card information (e.g. account number, expiration date).

Consultation services fees are charged upfront. You may downgrade or cancel your consultation fees at any time. You will not receive any refund or reimbursement of consultation fees. No refunds or reimbursements are given upon cancellation.

College Transitions makes every good faith effort to assist students in learn the basic knowledge needed to guide them in the college selection process. College Transitions does not guarantee admission into any particular college, nor the being awarded any type of financial aid. College Transitions serves as a guide, teaching students the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the college experience. Students are responsible for following through.

PRODUCT OR SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

College Transitions attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, College Transitions does not warrant that the contents of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product or Service offered on this Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to cease using such product or Service.
